创新是企业获取竞争优势,实现可持续发展的关键。中小型企业是技术创新的重要力量,但在创新激励机制上存在着激励体系不完善、缺乏制度保障,组织缺位等方面的问题,影响了技术创新的进行。文章从企业外部和内部两个方面入手,综合分析了知识产权激励、政府政策激励、市场激励、企业组织激励、管理制度激励、企业文化激励和企业产权激励等创新激励措施的特点和作用,进一步完善企业创新激励机制,推动企业创新的进行。
