喇 36 0注水站投产初期 ,共安装 6台DF2 5 0— 15 0× 11型注水泵 ,匹配电机为YK180 0— 2 / 990。正常生产时运行4台机组 ,同时靠打高压回流来控制注水压力和注水量 ,造成了注水能耗的巨大浪费。为了解决这一问题 ,1998年 8～ 9月份对该站 1# 机组进行了改造 ,重新组合运行机组 ,既满足了生产的需要 ,又达到了日节电 15 910kW·h ,年获效益 2 2 0 86万元的节能效果
