应用聚合酶链反应技术对108名无亲缘关系的武汉地区健康汉族人检测了脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)基因HindⅢ位点的限制性片段长度多态性,结果显示存在H+和H-两种等位基因,构成H+H+、H+H-、H-H-3种基因型,其中H+H+和H+H-基因型之间血清甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平有显著差异,提示LPL基因HindⅢ位点多态性可能与正常人群中血脂水平的个体差异密切相关。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the restriction fragment length polymorphism of the HindIII locus in 108 unrelated Han healthy people in Wuhan. The results showed that there were two kinds of H + and H- H + and H-H-3 genotypes. The levels of serum triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were significantly different between H + H + and H + H- These results suggest that the HindIII polymorphism of LPL gene may be closely related to the individual differences in blood lipid levels in normal subjects.
