以明日菜、紫背菜、养心菜、柳蒿、马兰头5种宿根保健蔬菜为试材,分别在6、9、11月进行平茬,测定其生长指标、品质和产量,研究平茬处理对宿根保健蔬菜的生长特性以及品质的影响,以期为宁夏宿根保健蔬菜栽培模式提供参考依据和技术指导。结果表明:5种宿根保健蔬菜在9月平茬后各生长指标最佳;11月平茬后,5种宿根保健蔬菜的维生素C含量和有机酸含量最高,其值分别为紫背菜20.08 mg·g~(-1),14.3%;养心菜26.14 mg·g~(-1),17.6%;明日菜45.2mg·g~(-1),10.1%;马兰头29.2mg·g~(-1),12.7%;柳蒿22.38mg·g~(-1),9.8%。养心菜、柳蒿的还原性糖含量最高,其值分别为2.4%、2.5%,对其它3种保健蔬菜无显著影响;5种蔬菜株高随平茬次数的增加而降低,但茎粗、冠幅、分枝数、产量、叶绿素含量则增加。说明平茬次数对保健蔬菜生长、品质以及产量有一定作用。
Five kinds of perennial vegetables as vegetables, purple backs, heart-rearing vegetables, Artemisia selengensis and Marantou were planted in June, September and November respectively, and their growth indexes, quality and yield were measured. To deal with the growth characteristics and quality of peanut health vegetables, with a view to Ningxia perennial health vegetables cultivation model provides a reference and technical guidance. The results showed that the growth indexes of five kinds of perennial health vegetables were the best after the stubble in September. After the stubble in November, the five kinds of perennial health vegetables had the highest vitamin C content and organic acid content, the values were 20.08 mg · G -1 and 14.3%, respectively; 26.14 mg · g -1, 17.6% of rearing vegetables; 45.2 mg · g -1, 10.1% of vegetables of tomorrow; 29.2 mg · g -1 -1), 12.7%, Artemisia annua 22.38mg · g -1, 9.8%. The recuperation sugar content of Artemisia selengensis and Artemisia selengensis was the highest, with the values of 2.4% and 2.5% respectively, which had no significant effect on the other three kinds of health vegetables. The plant height of the five vegetables decreased with the increase of stubble number, Amplitude, number of branches, yield, chlorophyll content increased. Stubble number of health vegetables on the growth, quality and yield have a certain effect.
