曾几何时,传媒专业突然变成了高校的香饽饽。设院系、开专业、招学生,新闻学、传播学、广告学、广播电视新闻学、媒介管理学、网络新闻学……专业划分越来越细、招生规模不断扩大,我国传媒教育伴随传媒产业的发展出现了急速升温、蓬勃发展的态势。我国传媒类专业人才的培养较之国外,处于一个什么样的时期?有什么特点?在传媒人才培养方面存在哪些问题?针对这些问题,我国的传媒教育与人才培养改革应该采取哪些对策呢?本刊记者就此采访了浙江传媒学院管理学院院长陈兵教授。
