PU鞋底成型机是较早从国外引进的老设备,该设备装有电子控制装置,生产过程工艺参数由常规仪表显示。由于设备体积大,测量仪表分散,参数的检测和显示各成系统,只能依靠操作者定时抄表记录,因此人为误差大,实时性、同步性差,鞋底质量不合格时的工况无法掌握,产品报废的事情也时有发生。为此,笔者研制了PU鞋底成型机微机检测系统,对原设备进行改造。该系统能完成实时采集和数据处理,操作人员通过显示屏和打印机直接了解工况,系统的检测参数
