严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒Ⅱ型(SARS-CoV-2)感染已经波及到全国各地,形势严峻.SARS-CoV-2不仅通过表达于肺泡上皮的ACE2受体攻击呼吸系统,也可通过表达于消化道黏膜上皮的ACE2受体累及消化道.炎症性肠病(IBD)患者为一组主要累及肠道的免疫功能紊乱性疾病,需要长期治疗,治疗IBD的药物均是通过抑制IBD患者的免疫功能发挥治疗作用,因此,IBD患者可能是SARS-CoV-2易感人群.如何在治疗IBD的同时有效预防和治疗IBD患者感染SARS-CoV-2具有重要意义.为此,我们组织了一批与IBD及SARS-CoV-2感染密切相关的具有丰富理论知识和临床经验的多学科专家,基于各自的专业背景就相关内容提出了系统性的意见,以期能够对IBD患者有效预发和治疗SARS-CoV-2感染提供指导.
