我国矿产资源形势是“喜忱相伴、日趋严峻”。文中从我国矿产资源的概貌、矿产资源开发利用现状和建设发展对矿产资源的要求三个方面探讨了资源形势。基于对矿产资源形势的分析,提出了矿管工作的任务,主要是抓《矿产资源法》的贯彻实施;宣传我国的矿情,宣传矿产资源属国家所有,宣传矿业方针政策;抓采矿登记工作;这是贯彻《矿产资源法》的一项重要工作;尽快完善矿业法规,建立完整的法规体系,以及矿管队伍的自身建设等。
The situation of mineral resources in our country is “accompanied by joy, but increasingly serious”. This article discusses the resource situation from three aspects: the overview of mineral resources in our country, the current situation of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources and the requirements of mineral resources in construction and development. Based on the analysis of the situation of mineral resources, put forward the task of mine management, mainly to grasp the implementation of the “Mineral Resources Law”; propaganda of mine situation, advocacy of mineral resources belonging to the state, promote mining guidelines and policies; This is an important task in carrying out the Mineral Resources Law. As soon as possible, mining laws and regulations should be improved, a complete legal system should be established, and the self-construction of mine management teams should be established.
