当前 ,在世界范围内 ,局部麻醉是白内障手术的主体麻醉方式。随着白内障超声乳化手术的不断发展 ,发达国家率先使用表面麻醉等注射性局麻方式进行白内障手术 ,其应用范围呈明显的上升趋势。本文就近年来不同形式局麻方法的安全性和有效性进行了综述。总体而言 ,由表面麻醉与前房内利多卡因麻醉相结合的局部联合麻醉 ,是目前白内障手术中最安全、疼痛最少的麻醉方式
Currently, local anesthesia is the mainstay of cataract surgery in the world. With the continuous development of cataract phacoemulsification surgery, developed countries took the lead in the use of surface anesthesia and other methods of injection of local anesthesia for cataract surgery, the scope of its application showed a clear upward trend. This article reviews the safety and effectiveness of different forms of local anesthesia in recent years. Overall, topical anesthesia combined with topical lidocaine anesthesia is the safest and least painful method of anesthesia in cataract surgery
