1994年4月4日至9日,北海市金融学会、中国管理科学研究院金融发展研究所、金融时报理论部在广西北海市联合举办了“加快开发北海金融市场的思路与对策”研讨会。在我国金融、经济理论界和决策层以及海外具有广泛影响的知名老中青专家、学者詹武、赵海宽、俞天一、刘光第、曾康霖、李锡奎、卢克群、魏杰、李晓西、钟朋荣、邱兆祥等,应邀参加了研讨活动。参加活动的还有金融时报副总编王溪元、理论部主任徐永健、经济参考报记者王键平、金融早报理论部主任马陶等。北海市党政领导和广西、北海金融界有关领导,以及一些北海企业家也到会发言,共同探讨。与会代表:有30多人。
From April 4-9, 1994, Beihai Institute of Finance, Institute of Financial Development of China Academy of Management Sciences and Financial Times Theory Department jointly held a seminar on “Thoughts and Countermeasures for Accelerating the Development of the North Sea Financial Market” in Beihai, Guangxi. Zhan Wu, Zhao Haikuan, Yu Tianyi, Liu Guangdi, Zeng Kanglin, Li Xikui, Lu Kequn, Wei Jie, Li Xiaoxi, Zhong Pengrong, and Qiu Zhaoxiang, both well-known middle-aged and young experts and scholars with extensive influence in the financial, economic theoretical and policy-making circles in China, Etc., were invited to participate in the seminar. Also participating in the activities were Wang Xianyuan, deputy chief editor of the Financial Times, Xu Yongjian, director of the theory department, Wang Jianping, an economic reference reporter, and Ma Tao, director of the Financial Morning Post Theory Department. Beihai party and government leaders and Guangxi, Beihai financial sector leaders, as well as some Beihai entrepreneurs also attended the meeting to discuss. Delegates: There are more than 30 people.
