当前,化工矿山建设工程投资高、效果差的问题仍未彻底解决,土地征用及补偿费用过高就是其一。王集磷矿共征用土地5246余亩,总价值1733.25万元,其中1982年前征用2393亩,财务决算249.46万元,平均每亩1230元;1983年后征用2853亩,平均每亩价5042.58元。1983年的价格平均比1982年前增高3.84倍!征用土地投资占总概算的比重要比历史上高出5.6倍!按设计年产150万吨规模计算,吨矿投资11.55元,相当于本工程采矿场基建投资的0.5倍,可以建设年修理能力为430吨的机修厂两座。同邻近的放马山磷矿、桃坪河磷矿1983年征用土地价格相比较,高出7倍左右。
