脑底异常血管网症又称moya—moya氏病(云雾病)。此病作为蛛网膜下腔出血的原因,文献报告以成人为多见,儿童则多引起缺血性改变。我们曾见一例儿童由此病引起蛛网膜下腔出血。报告于下: 患儿李××,女,10岁,于1978年1月1日午夜1点左右,在睡眠中突然头痛、呕吐,继之昏迷,口吐白沫,四肢拙搐,约6小时后急诊入院。无外伤,无发热。往史无特殊。无家族史。查体:体温37.6℃,血压100/70 mmAg,呈昏迷状态,瞳孔双侧等大,光反应正常,右眼颜面反射消失,余颅神经无明显异常。右侧肢体活动较左侧为少,肌张力低。右半身针刺反应较对侧差。脑膜刺激征阳性,锥体束征双侧阳性。
Brain abnormalities vascular network disease, also known as moya-moya’s disease (cloud disease). No trauma, no fever. No special history. No family history. Physical examination: body temperature 37.6 ℃, blood pressure 100/70 mmAg, coma, bilateral pupil and other large, normal light response, right facial reflex disappeared, cranial nerves no obvious abnormalities. Right limb activity less than the left, low muscle tension. The right half acupuncture reaction than the opposite side of the poor. Positive meningeal irritation, pyramidal tract signs bilateral positive.
