模锻锤是我厂主要生产设备,所用的工作介质是过热蒸汽,全年的蒸汽用量占分厂总能耗的35%以上(仅低于煤气耗量),但其有效利用率仅为1.77%,即使与国内先进水平比差距也是较大的,更不用说与国外标准相比了。从使用的角度看其原因是:废汽没有利用、密封材料和结构不良,寿命低漏损大,滑阀间隙大以及管理制度不完善等。由于过去我们没有测试的手段,长期以来改进很少。近几年来装了一些流量仪表并专门进行热平衡测试,经初步的统计计算得出表1所示数据。
