采用室温下吸附乙烯结合高温退火的方法在Ru(0001)表面上制备了单层石墨烯结构.利用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外光电子能谱(UPS)研究了石墨烯的生长过程以及石墨烯的表面形貌和结构.以单层石墨烯为模板,制备了尺寸和空间分布比较均一的Pt纳米团簇.
Single layer graphene structures were prepared on the Ru (0001) surface at room temperature by the combination of ethylene adsorption and high temperature annealing.The structures of the graphene layers were characterized by STM, XPS and UV spectroscopy The growth process of graphene and the surface morphology and structure of graphene were also studied. Single-layer graphene was used as template to prepare Pt nanoclusters with uniform size and spatial distribution.
