从煤炭行业角度看,煤矿走向衰老报废是不可抗拒的客观规律。煤矿开采的是不可再生的煤炭资源,煤矿的生命力取决于矿井的可采储量,必定要经历开发、兴盛、衰老、报废、关闭这样一个过程。通过分析煤矿企业演变的基本轨迹及生存的同性特点,提出衰老矿井实现转产、转型再发展的策略及再生发展的4种新样式,以实现衰老煤矿企业转产转型和再生可持续发展。
From the perspective of the coal industry, the obsolescence of coal mines toward obsolescence is an irresistible objective law. Coal mining is non-renewable coal resources, the vitality of coal mines depends on the recoverable reserves, must experience the development, prosperity, aging, scrapped, closed such a process. By analyzing the basic trajectory and the same-sex characteristics of survival of coal mines, four strategies are proposed to realize the conversion, transformation and redevelopment of aging mines, and four new patterns of regeneration and development are put forward so as to realize the transformation, re-generation and sustainable development of aging coal mines.
