对于一名中小学音乐教师来说,一定的钢琴演奏水平和即兴配弹能力是理所当然的基本功。一则因为对于音乐教学的各项内容来说,用键盘作为教具有着其他任何乐器不能取代、超越的优势。再者,鉴于中小学音乐课本中乐(歌)谱皆为单旋律谱的文本事实,我们必须用恰当的即兴配弹带给学生丰富、立体的音乐形象,真正体现出音乐课程的美育特点。好多专家就曾对音乐教师队伍即兴配弹能力良莠不齐、水平不够高的现状而忧心冲冲,音乐理论家钱仁平教授还曾“危言耸听”地认为“缺乏准确艺术形象的、粗糙的即兴伴奏反而会误导学生对音乐风格的准确把握能力,葬送学生对音乐美的感知力。”所以中小学教师队伍此项基本功水平的高低,对于中小学音乐教育的质量与效果有着较为深远的意义。如今的中小学音乐教师大多接受过高等师范院校音乐教师教育专业的培养,也自然接受过专业主干课程《即兴伴

Instead, it will mislead students in their ability to accurately grasp the music style and bury the students’ perception of the beauty of music." Therefore, the level of this basic skill of primary and secondary school teachers has profound implications for the quality and effectiveness of music education in primary and secondary schools. Most of today’s music teachers in primary and secondary schools have been trained in the professional education of music teachers in higher normal colleges and universities, and have naturally accepted professional major courses “improvement”.
