目的:观察伯克纳喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效,探讨治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法。方法:对确诊为过敏性鼻炎的病例随机分成3组(治疗组、对照1组、对照2组),每组30例。治疗组用伯克纳喷剂,对照1组用新福林新霉素扑尔敏滴剂,对照2组用藿胆片(中成药)口服。统计疗效,并进行比较。结果:治疗组的有效率为93.33％,对照1组的有效率为80.00％,对照2组的有效率为70.00％。用伯克纳喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组。结论:伯克纳喷剂是一种强效局部应用的糖皮质激素,起效快,持续作用时间长,疗效显著,毒副反应小,是治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效药物。
Objective: To observe the effect of Berkana Spray on allergic rhinitis and to explore an effective method for treating allergic rhinitis. Methods: The cases diagnosed as allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into three groups (treatment group, control group 1, control group 2), 30 cases in each group. The treatment group with Berkana sprays, the control group 1 with neomycin neomycin chlorpheniramine drops, the control group 2 with carbidarb tablets (proprietary Chinese medicine) orally. Statistical efficacy, and compared. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, that of the control group 1 was 80.00%, and that of the control group 2 was 70.00%. Berkener spray treatment of allergic rhinitis was significantly better than the control group 1 and control group 2. Conclusion: Berkener Spray is a potent and topical glucocorticoid. It has the advantages of rapid onset, long duration of action, significant curative effect and small toxic and side reaction. It is an effective drug for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
