采用GC-MS技术系统地研究了三种不同极性的色谱柱对新疆伊犁地区三种商品化薰衣草精油、薄荷精油和迷迭香精油的分离性能.以三种精油特征组分的理论塔板数、出峰总数和鉴定组分数量对不同极性色谱柱的分离性能进行评价.结果表明在使用单一柱型进行分析时,应针对精油成分极性分布的具体情况选择与之相对应极性的色谱柱才能实现对精油较好的分离.此外,采用两种不同极性色谱柱可以达到全面分析的目的.该研究同时也为二维色谱中柱型的选择提供了参考依据.
The separation performance of three commercial lavender essential oil, peppermint oil and rosemary essential oil in three different polarities was systematically studied by GC-MS.
