2013年12月6日,香港上市的海尔电器发布临时停牌公告,称有重大投资决定将公布。就在投资者纷纷猜测将会发生什么时,12月9日,海尔发布公告,阿里以28.22亿港元入股海尔电器,其中18亿港元投资海尔旗下的日日顺物流——外界猜测此举意在弥补阿里在三四线城市的物流短板;另一部分则是以认购新股的方式,获得海尔电器2%的股份,总价值9.65亿港元。
