在审判中心主义下会对检察机关自侦部门的侦查工作在思维方式、证据收集、固定、运用以及犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利的保护等方面产生重大影响,这就要求检察机关自侦部门从以下几方面应对:改变侦查中心思维定式,树立审判中心司法理念;以审判阶段的标准收集证据;听取辩护人意见,保护犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利。
