“吃透”现场应该有两方面的含义:一是在侦查初始阶段,要了解现场和尊重现场,要立足现场看问题。分析案件、研究侦破方案,都要从现场出发,严禁脱离现场的胡思乱想。我们提倡发散性思维,并非是提倡无客观依据的乱想瞎猜。二是在抓获犯罪嫌疑人后的侦审阶段,审讯人员在开始审讯之前,一定要全面了解和熟悉现场情况,既要了解痕迹物证遗留、提取的情况,又要掌握现场上的细节特征和反常现象,做到心中有数。实际工作中,审讯人员没有“吃透”现场,不会使用现场情况,尤其是不善于利用现场上的一些细节特征和反常现象来
