本实验应用放射免疫技术和生物微球技术观察分析了血栓素—前列环素平衡失调对低氧条件下失血性休克家兔肾脏血液灌流的影响。实验结果提示,血栓素—前列环素的平衡失调直接影响了肾脏血液灌注,高渗盐液输入可纠正这种平衡失调,改善肾脏血液灌注。
In this experiment, the effect of thromboxane-prostacyclin imbalance on hemoperfusion in hemorrhagic shock rabbits with hypoxia was observed by radioimmunoassay and bio-microsphere technique. The experimental results suggest that the imbalance of thromboxane-prostacyclin directly affects renal blood perfusion, hypertonic saline input can correct this imbalance and improve renal blood perfusion.
