在我国核电大发展的背景下,开展标准化工作是解决人员、经验和技术储备不足的重要手段。介绍了AP1000核电生产运营标准化工作的开展情况,从制定科学、先进的生产运营标准化体系入手,到明确产品的定位和内容,确定产品的总体编制进度。编制过程中加强过程控制,编制完成后进行逐级审查,从而确保标准化产品的编制质量。最后,指出了生产运营标准化工作今后的改进方向。
Under the background of the great development of nuclear power in our country, carrying out standardization work is an important means to solve the shortage of personnel, experience and technical reserves. This paper introduces the development of AP1000 nuclear power production and operation standardization work. It starts with formulating a scientific and advanced standardization system of production and operation, confirming the positioning and content of products, and determining the overall progress of product preparation. In the process of compiling, the Company strengthened the process control and conducted a step-by-step review after its compilation to ensure the quality of the compilation of standardized products. Finally, it points out the future improvement direction of standardization of production and operation.
