7月30日,省水利厅在省防汛会商中心召开了全省基层水利服务体系建设工作视频会议,会议由焉信平副厅长主持,参加会议的人员有省水利厅有关厅领导,厅机关各处室及所属事业单位主要负责同志,各市(地)、县(市、区)水务局局长、分管基层水利服务体系建设工作的副局长和主管基层水利服务体系建设工作的部门负责人等。陆兵厅长作了重要讲话,并就加快推进全省基层水利服务体系建设工作进行了全面部署。会议要求各地在9月底前出台本地基层水利服务体系建设工作政策文件,于2013年年底前完成机构设置、经费保障、人员调配等各项工作。
