目的：探讨尿道处女膜融合症并尿道肉阜的诊断标准及治疗方法。方法：尿道肉阜患者，若同时阴道口至尿道肉阜基底部的最短距离＜ ０．４ ｃｍ ，则诊为此病。共诊治 １０７ 例，采用尿道肉阜缝扎切除，尿道外口阴道口间距延长术，保持尿道外口阴道口间距＞ ０．５ ｃｍ ，且使尿道外口的口径＞ ０．８ ｃｍ 。结果：痊愈８６ 例（８０．３％ ），好转１７ 例（１６．０％ ），无效４ 例（３．７％ ）。结论：尿道处女膜融合症常合并尿道肉阜，手术治疗必须同时处理两种病症。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic criteria and treatment of urethral hymenal fusion and urolithiasis. Methods: urethral caruncle patients, if at the same time the vaginal mouth to urethral basilar fundus minimum distance <0.4 cm, the diagnosis of the disease. A total of 107 cases were treated with urethral carotid suture resection and the urethral vaginal orifice was extended. The distance between the vaginal orifice of the urethral orifice was> 0.5 cm, and the diameter of the urethral orifice was> 0.8 cm. Results: 86 cases (80.3%) were cured, 17 cases (16.0%) were improved and 4 cases (3.7%) were ineffective. Conclusions: Hymenal fusion of the urethra is often associated with urethral caruncle. Surgical treatment must treat both conditions.
