结构在长期的自然环境和使用环境的双重作用下,其功能将逐渐减弱,这是一个不可逆转的客观规律。如果能够科学地评估这种损伤的规律和程度,及时采取有效处理措施,可以延缓结构损伤的进程,达到延长结构使用寿命的目的。因此,结构的鉴定与加固技术将被放在非常突出的位置。
