最近几年,在推行企业改制的过程中,股份合作制被广泛采用。有资料表明,到1995年底,在国有小企业改制的各种形式中,股份合作制比重最高约占35%。以湖南省为例,也曾一度把股份合作制作为小型国有集体企业改制的一种主要形式加以推行。根据11县市区的统计,共有2271家国有集体企业进行了改制,其中实行股份合作制的486家,占21.4%。改制企业初期效果比较明显,尤其是在那些产品有市场潜力、内部具备优秀经营管理人才的企业效果较好。主要体现在三个方面:一是调动了职工生产的积极性。企业通过股份合作制改造以后,职工由名义上资产的主人变成了实际上拥有资产权利的股东,由“局外人”变成了
In recent years, the shareholding system has been widely adopted in the process of implementing the system of enterprise restructuring. Data show that by the end of 1995, in the various forms of state-owned small enterprise restructuring, the highest proportion of share-based cooperation accounted for about 35%.
