本文用三维弹塑性有限元法对轧制过程进行了模拟。这种方法基于 Prandtl—Reuss 流动规律和 Mises 屈服准则,结合有限变形理论可以给出有效的、精确的解。用有限元法分别对平面和三维的轧制过程进行了模拟。弹塑性区的增长,网格变形,金属流动规律以及单位压力和摩擦力的分布等信息都可以从本文得到。其中一些计算结果与实测值进行了比较。
In this paper, three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method for the rolling process simulation. This method is based on the Prandtl-Reuss flow rule and the Mises yield criterion, which, combined with the finite deformation theory, gives an efficient and accurate solution. The finite element method was used to simulate the plane and the three-dimensional rolling process respectively. Elastic-plastic zone growth, deformation of the grid, the law of metal flow and the distribution of unit pressure and friction can be obtained from this paper. Some of the calculated results were compared with the measured values.
