目的探讨超声诊断肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的价值。方法对经临床及病理证实的16例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的超声检查资料进行回顾性分析,总结其声像图特征,提出鉴别诊断。结果肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的声像图特征为:肿块一般较大(3～5cm),边界清楚而回声较强,形态规则,中心常发生液化坏死,血流信号丰富。结论超声对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断具有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical data and pathological findings of 16 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma were retrospectively analyzed. The features of sonography were summarized and the differential diagnosis was proposed. Results The characteristics of adrenal pheochromocytoma were as follows: the mass was usually large (3-5cm), the boundary was clear and the echoes were strong, the morphology was regular, the center often had liquefaction and necrosis, and the blood flow signal was rich. Conclusion Ultrasound has some value in the diagnosis of adrenal pheochromocytoma.
