目的研究应用多层螺旋CT三维影像进行牙颌测量的准确性和可靠性。方法选取12只雄性新西兰大白兔,制取上颌超硬石膏模型;并进行头颅64排多层螺旋CT(飞利浦Brilliance CT 64排,飞利浦医疗系统公司,美国)扫描获得兔牙颌三维影像。以石膏模型高精度数显游标直接测量作为金标准,对多层螺旋CT测量结果应用均数差和一致性相关系数(CCC)检验其准确性和可靠性。结果 64排多层螺旋CT兔牙颌三维影像测量具有良好可靠性(CCC:0.6961~0.9506),且与石膏模型测量的一致性很高(CCC:0.8547~0.9796);配对t检验和误差分析显示64排多层螺旋CT检测的准确性高(P值=0.067~0.817)。结论 64排多层螺旋CT兔牙颌三维影像具有良好的测量准确性和可靠性。
Objective To study the accuracy and reliability of dental multi-slice CT using three-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT. Methods Twelve male New Zealand white rabbits were selected to establish the model of maxillary anhydrite. The cranial 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT (Philips Brilliance CT 64, Philips Medical Systems, USA) was used to scan the three-dimensional images of the rabbit’s jaw. Taking the direct measurement of digital goggles with gypsum model as the gold standard, the accuracy and reliability of the multi-slice spiral CT measurement were tested using the mean of difference and the consistency correlation coefficient (CCC). Results The 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT showed good reliability (CCC: 0.6961-0.9506) and high consistency with the gypsum model (CCC: 0.8547-0.9796). The paired t-test and error analysis The accuracy of 64-slice MSCT was high (P = 0.067-0.817). Conclusion 64-slice multi-slice spiral CT has good measurement accuracy and reliability.
