又是一年秋风劲。《安全生产法》至今已经实施4周年了。法之施行,重在确立和推行法律制度,建立法律秩序,确保国家长治久安。《安全生产法》不仅作出了一些重要的法律规定,更重要的是着力于法律制度建设。它所确立的7项基本法律制度是这部法律的纲,有关具体法律条文是目,纲举才能目张。因此,贯彻实施《安全生产法》,关键是要健全和推进安全生产法律制度,将安全生产纳入法制轨道,依法治安。
Autumn is the strength of a year. The “Safety Production Law” has been implemented for the fourth anniversary. Implementation of the law, focusing on the establishment and implementation of the legal system, establish a legal order to ensure long-term peace and stability of the country. The “Law of Safety in Production” not only made some important legal provisions, but more importantly focused on the legal system. The seven basic legal systems it has established are the main lines of this law.
