为切实提高我省生态公益林经营水平,规范生态经济型公益林营林技术,省林业局近日组织制定了《浙江省生态经济型公益林营林技术规范(试行)》。《规范》针对全省生态公益林建设中普遍关注的如何利用生态经济型树种营造生态公益林问题,规定了指导思想、基本原则、树种的确定、主要生态经济型公益林营林模式、技术及经营管理和利用等方面的技术要求。该技术规范适用于全省范围内的生态公益林体系建设。该技术规范自2002年8月15日公布之日起执行;该技术规范由省林业局负责解释。
