中世纪是英国司法发展的一个重要时期,此时期普通法产生并逐渐形成,使得英国的司法制度走向了自己独特的道路。唐朝是我国封建社会的典型代表,尤其是唐朝前期,公正廉明的司法制度,也对我国的司法发展产生了重要影响。本文主要是从中央司法审判机关的角度对中世纪英国和唐朝中央司法审判机关进行比较,虽然不同文化,不同地域,不同形式,但主要是想通过文章了解中西方司法制度的不同发展方向以及结果,用以明智。
The Middle Ages are an important period of the development of the judiciary in the United Kingdom. During this period, the common law came into being and gradually formed. This made the British judicial system go its own unique path. Tang Dynasty is a typical representative of China’s feudal society, especially the early Tang Dynasty, a fair and honest judicial system, but also to our country’s judicial development had a significant impact. This article mainly compares the central judicial adjudication organs of the Middle Kingdom and the Tang dynasty from the angle of the central judicial adjudication organ. Though different cultures, different regions and different forms, it mainly aims to understand the different development directions of the Western and Chinese judicial systems and the results , To be wise.
