近几年来,我院粉末冶金研究室在本溪钢铁公司、武汉钢铁公司等单位的大力协作下,开展了以高纯铁精矿粉为原料制取还原铁粉的试验研究工作,取得了良好的试验结果。用SiO_2含量为0.43%的高纯铁精矿粉为原料,在国内现有生产设备及实验室条件下,用还原法制取的粉末冶金用铁粉的化学分析结果(%)为:总Fe 99.33,Si 0.05,Mn 0.05,S 0.005,P 0.007,C 0.004,盐酸不溶物0.28,氢损值0.14。其松装密度为2.62g/Cm~3,流动性为31.5s/50g,在单位压力为5t/cm~2时压缩性达6.86g/cm~3。全部性能达到国标要求,接近国外先进的瑞典铁粉SC_(100.26)水平。应用试验表明,所制得的铁粉具有良好的压缩性和成型性,适合于制作高密度和形状复杂的零件。
In recent years, with the vigorous collaboration of Benxi Steel Company and Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, the Powder Metallurgy Laboratory of our hospital has carried out the experimental research on producing reduced iron powder from high-purity iron ore concentrate powder and achieved good test results . Using the high purity iron ore concentrate powder with SiO 2 content of 0.43% as raw material, the chemical analysis results (%) of the iron powder for powder metallurgy prepared by the reduction method under the existing domestic production facilities and laboratory conditions are as follows: total Fe 99.33, Si 0.05, Mn 0.05, S 0.005, P 0.007, C 0.004, hydrochloric acid insoluble matter 0.28, hydrogen loss value 0.14. The bulk density of 2.62g / Cm ~ 3, the fluidity of 31.5s / 50g, the unit pressure of 5t / cm ~ 2 compressibility of 6.86g / cm ~ 3. All the properties meet the national standard, close to the advanced level of Swedish iron SC_ (100.26). Application tests show that the prepared iron powder has good compressibility and moldability, and is suitable for making high-density and complex-shaped parts.
