一.培养料的堆制:泰国和其它许多亚洲国家一样,栽培侧耳用培养料是在当地多产、价格低廉而易于取得的稻草和锯末。可是,大部分栽培者,特别是泰国北部的Chiangmai地区喜欢用稻草作为堆制培养料的材料。不仅产量比锯末培养料高,而且所需的时间短。稻草的堆制时间需要10天,而锯末需要3个月。虽然,有一种由橡胶树(Hevea brasilliensis)获得的特种锯末,不需要经过堆制的过程。但是,用这种培养料栽培侧耳,从播种到采收约需70天,而稻草培养料只需约50天。
I. Poultry farming: Thailand Like many other Asian countries, the cultivation of ear culture is made of straw and sawdust that are locally productive, affordable and readily available. However, most growers, especially the Chiangmai area in northern Thailand, like to use straw as a material for compost culture. Not only is the yield higher than sawdust, but the time required is short. Stacking time of straw needs 10 days, while sawdust takes 3 months. Although there is a special sawdust obtained from Hevea brasilliensis, it does not need to be piled up. However, cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with this culture material takes about 70 days from sowing to harvesting, while the straw culture material only requires about 50 days.
