研究了填充密度、预热温度及添加剂等条件对铝热-重力分离法制备陶瓷复合钢管的影响.随填充密度增大反应速度减慢.预热可以提高反应速度.适当的添加剂可以调节反应速度,使反应过程易于控制.应用铝热-重力分离法成功地制出了高炉煤粉喷枪枪头,延长了其使用寿命:并一次合成出了直径50mm~273mm的弯头.
The effects of packing density, preheating temperature and additives on the fabrication of ceramic composite pipe by thermo-gravimetric separation were investigated. With the filling density increases the reaction rate slows down. Preheating can improve the reaction speed. Appropriate additives can adjust the reaction rate, making the reaction process easy to control. The application of aluminum heat - gravity separation method successfully made the blast furnace pulverized coal gun tip, extending its useful life: and once synthesized a diameter of 50mm ~ 273mm elbow.
