本文主要讲Mn和Cu激活的ZnS的直流场致发光。叙述了粉末、薄膜和单晶的制备工艺及其直流场致发光的观察。概括地叙述了基本的发光机理,并讨论了可能的发展前途。
This article focuses on Mn and Cu activated ZnS electroluminescence. The preparation process of powders, films and single crystals and the observation of DC electroluminescence were described. Summarized the basic light-emitting mechanism, and discussed the possible future.
