碎石器是破碎坚硬岩石、混凝土等物料的机械,国外除广泛用于金属和非金属矿山的二次破碎外,还用于破碎旧基础、桥墩大块、路面以及清理炉衬等。近几年液压碎石器在国外发展较快,我国也已有几个单位研制液压碎石器。我校在研制地下矿山用液压碎石器的过程中,遇到了液压卡紧力的问题。现通过对液压碎石器中液压卡紧力的分析、计算和实验,说明在换向阀、缸体和活塞设计中,应充分注意这一问题,并采取措施以减小液压卡紧力。 1.碎石器中液压卡紧力的分析 在液压元件中,孔和轴的配合较多,如换向阀阀套与阀芯、缸体与柱塞的配合。由于加工、装配和使用中的原因,往往会出现
