近些年,全球经济发展的都非常快速,市场形式不断的发生改变,各个领域都发生了翻天覆地的变化。但是在企业不断的发展过程中,我们发现由于法律风险而引起的经济问题逐渐的严重,很多企业因此走向灭亡。在此背景下,我国商界更是风声鹤唳,很多企业是谈起法律风险而色变。实际上造成法律风险的原因,还是因为企业对知识产权法律风险管理不重视,没有完善的业知识产权法律风险管理体系。因此,我国企业要想在日益激烈的市场竞争中稳定发展,还需重视企业知识产权法律风险管理,积极的研究,直面问题,并提出有针对性的解决策略,促进我国各个企业的可持续发展。
In recent years, the development of the global economy has been very rapid and the market has undergone constant changes. The world has undergone tremendous changes in all fields. However, in the constant development of the enterprise, we find that the economic problems caused by the legal risks are getting worse and worse, and many enterprises are going to perish. Against this background, the business community in our country is even more talkative. Many enterprises are discourting about legal risks. In fact, the legal risk caused by the reason, or because enterprises do not pay attention to the legal risk management of intellectual property, there is no perfect industry legal intellectual property risk management system. Therefore, in order to develop steadily in the increasingly fierce market competition, Chinese enterprises need to pay attention to the legal risk management of intellectual property, positively study and confront the problems, and propose targeted solutions to promote the sustainable development of all enterprises in China .
