对 30 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V钢的晶粒遗传现象进行讨论 ,通过对临界区高温侧多次正火、前处理、预备处理等可能消除或减少晶粒遗传的热处理方法进行了模拟试验及分析 ,根据模拟试验结果 ,对 30 0 MW汽轮机低压转子进行了细化晶粒热处理的生产试验 ,确定了合理、有效的热处理工艺方法。
The grain genetic phenomenon of 30 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V steel was discussed. The heat treatment methods that could eliminate or reduce the grain inheritance such as multiple normalizing, pre-treatment and pre-treatment on the high temperature side of the critical zone were simulated and analyzed. According to According to the simulation results, the production experiment of grain refinement heat treatment for the low pressure rotors of 300 MW steam turbines was carried out, and a reasonable and effective heat treatment process was determined.
