近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对水产品的消费量逐渐增加(据统计,每年以10%的速度递增),而捕捞量又停滞不前,传统的养殖模式(池塘养殖、普通网箱养殖等)难以满足人们的需求。于是,90年代初期,一种小体积高密度网箱养殖模式孕育而生。1991年,这种小体积高密度网箱养殖技术传入我国,1996年这类网箱养殖体积已到50000m~3,养殖产量达7000吨。为了探索小体积高密度网箱养鱼技术在海水中的养殖效果,深圳市龙岗区水产研究所承担了美国大豆协会小网箱养殖金鲳的试验项目,笔者有机会和他们一起参加了这项工作。现把这一技术总结如下:
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the consumption of aquatic products has gradually increased (according to statistics, the annual increase rate of 10%), and catches have stagnated.
