从教二十几年,教师的角色换了一次又一次,师生关系也发生了重大的改变。过去教师一人唱独台戏,一人包揽教学的全部,学生只是一些接受知识的“机器”。那时“师道尊严”、“唯师独尊”的观念根深蒂固地注进了每个学子脑海中。随着时代的改变和社会的发展,教师的角色和师生关系都发生了巨大的改变。如今,全社会提倡民主、文明、和谐,构建和谐社会是当今时代的主题。因此,及时变换自己的角色,构建民主、平等、和谐的新型师生关系是教育工作者的当务之急。对新时期教师角色的定位及构建新型师生关系的方法进行了论述。
Twenty years from teaching, the role of teachers changed again and again, teacher-student relations have undergone major changes. In the past, when a teacher singed a solo show in Taiwan, each of them took all the teaching and learning. The students were just some “machines” that accepted knowledge. At that time, the notion of “teacher's dignity” and “talent only” was deeply rooted in every student's mind. With the change of the times and the development of society, the teacher's role and the relationship between teachers and students have undergone tremendous changes. Today, the whole society advocates democracy, civilization, harmony and building a harmonious society as the theme of today's time. Therefore, it is imperative for educators to change their roles in time and construct a new type of relationship between teachers and students that is democratic, equal and harmonious. This paper discusses the orientation of teachers' role and the method of constructing a new type of teacher-student relationship in the new period.
