目的探讨一期胃代下咽、食道治疗下咽、颈段食道癌术后并发症的原因和防止方法。方法对我院1993年10月至1996年2月收治的38例一期胃代下咽、食道治疗下咽、颈段食道癌手术的病人进行回顾性的分析。结果术后发生各类并发症10例，其中咽瘘3例（7．89％），吻合口狭窄2例（5．26％），反流1例（2．63％），胸腔积气、积液2例（5．26％），喉返神经麻痹1例（2．63％），肺部粟粒样肿瘤转移1例（2．63％）。结论术前做好充分思想准备、术中操作仔细与术后加强营养及护理是防止或减少并发症的主要措施。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative complications of hypogastric hypopharynx and esophagus in the treatment of hypopharynx and cervical esophagus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 38 cases of gastroesophageal hypopharyngeal and esophageal cancers treated from October 1993 to February 1996 in our hospital was performed. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 10 cases, including 3 cases of pharyngeal fistula (7.89%), 2 cases of anastomotic stenosis (5.26%), 1 case of reflux (2.63%), pleural effusion, Effusions occurred in 2 cases (5.26%), recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy in 1 case (2.63%), and miliary miliary tumor metastasis in 1 case (2.63%). Conclusion Preoperative preparation, careful operation and postoperative nutritional enhancement and nursing are the main measures to prevent or reduce complications.
