按一般习惯,音乐会不是在室内,就是在露天广场上举行,但这次被称为「乐韵播万千」的音乐会,却以香港最古老的交通工具——电车作为演出的场地。当晚,两辆来往于北角、跑马地及西环的电车上,分别载着中乐团和管弦乐团,他们沿途演奏中西乐曲,一路上乐韵悠扬,西方的古典管弦乐章与著名的中乐名曲《十面埋伏》、《赛龙夺锦》、《天涯歌女》等相应成趣,吸引了不少路人,有时还在回车道上停下来,向路人献技。对乐团的精彩演出,人们都情不自禁地报以热烈掌声。
As usual, the concerts are not held indoors or on the plaza. However, this concert, known as “Music, Music and Music”, uses the tram as the venue for the performance of Hong Kong’s oldest means of transport.
