本文介绍了激光活塞环的热处理特点;分析了激光处理后所形成的硬化带的金相结构和硬度分布状况;讨论了激光活塞环的摩擦性质和磨损特性曲线以及具有较高热稳定性和热硬性的优点;叙述了激光新技术对活塞环的三个贡献,即: 1.在提高活塞环表面硬度的同时,合理地改变了硬化布局,从而改善了润滑条件,降低了摩擦系数。2.在使活塞环获得深度硬化的同时,避免了硬度值的突变,从而增加了产品的使用寿命和获得较均匀的磨损。3.经过激光处理后形成的硬化带,具有较高的热硬性和热稳定性,因而可以更适用于现代高压高速内燃机。
In this paper, the characteristics of heat treatment of laser piston rings are introduced. The microstructure and hardness distribution of the hardened tapes formed after laser processing are analyzed. The tribological properties and wear characteristics of the laser piston rings are discussed. The heat-resistant and heat- The advantages of laser technology are described. The three contributions of the new laser technology to the piston ring are as follows: 1.
