齿轮强度的研究,是目前国际、国内机械工程技术上的重要课题。本文主要讨论锥齿轮接触强度计算中的基本接触应力问题。本文以Hertz公式为基础,根据Gleason齿轮强度理论的假设条件,对锥齿轮的基本接触应力作些粗浅的分析。同时,为了使Gleason强度公式的计算过程简化和使有关系数的曲线图更具有普遍性,本文按ISO锥齿轮承载能力计算公式的基本形式,导出计算锥齿轮基本接触应力及其系数的公式,并绘出简化后有关系数的曲线图,以供强度计算时查用。
The research on the strength of gear is an important subject in mechanical engineering at home and abroad. This paper mainly discusses the basic contact stress in the calculation of the contact strength of bevel gears. Based on the Hertz formula, this paper analyzes the basic contact stress of bevel gear based on the assumption of Gleason gear strength theory. In the meantime, in order to simplify the calculating process of Gleason strength formula and make the graph of the correlation coefficient more universal, this paper derives the formula of calculating basic contact stress and its coefficient of bevel gear according to the basic form of ISO bevel gear bearing capacity calculation formula Draw a simplified graph of the relevant coefficients for use in strength calculations.
