住户无酬劳动虽然不包括在SNA(2008)的生产范围内,即不纳入GDP的核算范围,但是该劳动属于生产劳动,对于更全面地反映社会劳动成果、更客观地认识妇女尤其是农村妇女对经济的贡献,制定更科学的经济和社会政策、更公平的反映福利水平和贫富差距都具有重大的意义。文章从服务生产劳动理论的内涵出发,阐述了各种理论对服务生产范围的变化及其争论,提出了住户无酬劳动生产范围的判断标准及其具体分类,最后对住户无酬劳动核算的必要性进行了分析。
