Recently, we conducted an in-depth investigation and found that most Party committee offices can adapt to the new situation, explore new ways, earnestly perform their duties and have achieved gratifying results. However, there are also a few office workers who are not sufficiently liberated and have a long way to go to work. There are some biased problems to varying degrees, which are mainly manifested in the “Four Sights and Four Lightnesses”: emphasis on “participation” and “lightness”. Some office workers think one-sidedly that they are “performers” and “subordinates”. The work is handled passively and the leaders are responsible for doing what. What kind of work is done? The height of the initiative to play a subjective initiative to help leaders discuss major events and make major plans. Such an office can only be described as the leading “megaphone” and “tape recorder” at its best.
