最近,我们通过深入凋查发现,大多数党委办公室能适应新形势,探索新路子,认真地履行职责,并取得了可喜的成效。但也有少数办公室人员思想不够解放,工作路数不明,不同程度地存在着一些偏向问题,主要表现为“四重四轻”: 重“参”轻“谋”。有的办公室人员片面地认为自已是“执行者”和“从属者”,工作被动应付,领导叫干啥就干啥,叫怎样干就怎样,以不出差错自喜,而不善于站在全局的高度,发挥主观能动性,帮助领导议大事,谋大计。这样的办公室,参而不谋,谋而不周,充其量只能说是领导的“传话筒”和“录音机”。 Recently, we conducted an in-depth investigation and found that most Party committee offices can adapt to the new situation, explore new ways, earnestly perform their duties and have achieved gratifying results.
