一、金华香花与花茶的生产与发展浙江省金华县生产香花历史悠久,早在南宋时已经盛栽。所产香花有茉莉、白兰、珠兰、玳玳、柚子、含笑、桂花等花品。花茶是选用新鲜的香花和精工细制的茶叶,经过特种工艺过程而制成的特殊茶品。远在宋初(公元900年),我国劳动人民就有在绿茶中加入一种叫“龙脑香”的香料;在宋宣和(公元1119—1125年)年间,又在绿茶中加填一种叫“珍菜香草”的制法。在明代
