RA诱导HL-60细胞向粒系分化时,伴随有PK-C活力的两次升高。第一次是细胞接触RA的第一天;第二次是接触RA的第四天。细胞形态学分化和NBT还原细胞生成的资料提示第一次PK-C活力升高可能是诱导细胞分化的关键步骤,后一次则可能是细胞诱导分化的结果。RA导致酶活力的变化主要在胞质组分。三氟哌嗪事先处理细胞,再经RA诱导则无PK-CS力的升高,细胞分化亦受抑制。对RA诱导HL-60细胞向粒系分化时PK-C的作用进行了讨论。
When RA induces HL-60 cells to differentiate into myeloid lineages, they are accompanied by two increases in PK-C viability. The first is the first day the cell contacts RA and the second is the fourth day after exposure to RA. Cell morphological differentiation and NBT reduction of cell generation data suggest that the first PK-C activity may be the key step to induce cell differentiation, the latter may be the result of cell differentiation. RA led to changes in enzyme activity mainly in the cytoplasm component. Trifluoperazine pretreatment cells, and then induced by RA no PK-CS increased, cell differentiation is also inhibited. The role of PK-C in RA-induced differentiation of HL-60 cells into myeloid lineage was discussed.
